The Balm Cindy lou manizer

Okay so The Balm is known for it's highlighters, the famous one being Mary Lou, the one I have which suits my complexion better is Cindy Lou, so today I thought I would do a post all about it!

This product is a must in my makeup collection, it is highly pigmented, smooth, buttery and most of looks beautiful on the skin! This highlighter retails at £17.00 and can be purchased at Debenhams, Superdrug, Feel unique.

The Balm state that this is an all in one essential and I totally agree! This product can be used as a blush and highlighter in one, it has peachy pink hue which just adds a beautiful glow/colour to your cheeks but at the same time gives you that shimmer.

This is a noticeable highlighter so if you like subtle highlighter this isn't for you but I like my highlighter to be noticeable I want it so when the sun hits you I glow.  I apply this product with a fan brush as it places the product exactly where I want it to be, the fan brush I use is the Spectrum A10 brush.

This product has no scent at tall which people feel it's a bonus for me it doesn't bother me!
This product is also cruelty free which is amazing to get an amazing product at for it be cruelty free!




















As you can see from the pictures above it is a beautiful highlighter!
