Ingredients:
- 200g M&M's (I used a mixture of chocolate and crispy)
- 200g salted pretzels crushed
- 200g smooth peanut butter
- 300g caster sugar
- 1 large egg
- 325g self raising flour
- 200g unsalted butter
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Cream the butter and sugar together
- Then add peanut butter and mix until combined
- Add egg gradually
- Slowly add flour
- Stir through m&m's and pretzels
- Make into a ball then refrigerate for 30 minutes
- After the 30 minutes, break the dough into small balls and place on baking tray, but leave room to spread
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown
- After baked transfer to a wire rack to cool down
- Then ENJOY
